The entire upper floor of The Belmonte Penthouse has been cleverly redesigned as a massive living space.  Nearly 1,000 sq ft gives way to plentiful natural light with LED lighting, skylights, a large walk-in closet, a private garden balcony set amongst mature trees with city views, and a bathroom custom designed by our in-house Architect. The lucky inhabitants of this exciting suite can witness both sunset and sunrise in spacious luxury.

A sleek indoor/outdoor space designed for a all levels of cuisine, you'll find rich wood cabinetry, industrial grade appliances, temperature-resistant counter-tops, a maid's workspace, and seamless access to the bar and dining room. Just off the kitchen you'll find an expansive outdoor balcony and dining area covered by an enclosed glass ceiling surrounded by mature trees with overstuffed sofas, and room for a BBQ and Jacuzzi, should one desire. The formal dining room is a sight to be seen.  Gradually separated from the living salon only by LED-lit polished concrete stairs, dine under a glamorous custom-made 1920's-inspired chandelier made in Italy, adorned with over four hundred crystals.  Vintage French Empire chairs grace the expandable solid wood dining table, and service from the kitchen and bar are just steps away.

 

Living The Dream In Medellin

 

The Provenza district of El Poblado remains one of the most desirable areas in the entire city of Medellin. Quiet tree-lined streets, endless restaurants, bars, and local shops are just steps away. Separating the outrside city from The Belmonte Penthouse are high walls surrounding a beautifully manicured garden with a large creek running directly through the property. The long term plans for the building finalization of it's approved short-term rental license from the City of Medellín. Once completed, this will make The Belmonte Penthouse the only building in it's kind in the Provenza to legally permit short term rental platforms. Also, there are plans for small common area renovations, including the lobby, security systems, and 24-hour porters to assist renters or guests. Current rents yielding $399 per night, which translates to a 15-20% return on investment.
